Moments By Grey: A Captivating Gallery by Grey K Photography

    Policies

     1. Booking & Deposits

    • Sessions are reserved online.
       
    • A $50 deposit is required to secure your session.
       
    • Deposits are refundable if the client cancels at least 3 days before the shoot.
       
    • Late cancellations within 3 days incur a $20 fee.
       

    2. Payment

    • Full payment is due after delivery of photos.
       
    • Late payments are subject to a $10 per day fee.
       

    3. Session Timing & Late Fees

    • Clients are recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes early for preparation.
       
    • For every 10 minutes a client is late, an additional $5 fee will apply.
       
    • For weather-related issues, the photographer and client will reschedule as needed.
       

    4. Session Details

    • Each session allows 1 outfit.
       
    • Locations are chosen and decided upon by both photographer and client.
       
    • Clients are responsible for bringing props, as none will be provided.
       
    • Travel fees will apply if the client is outside a 1-hour radius of the DFW area, and will be discussed on a personal basis.
       

    5. Turnaround & Delivery

    • Portraits and headshots: 3-day turnaround.
       
    • Events: 1-week turnaround.
       
    • Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
       
    • All photos will be delivered via email.
       

    6. Copyright & Usage

    • All images are copyrighted by Grey K Photography.
       
    • Clients are free to use their images however they please.
       

    7. Client Responsibilities & Behavior

    • Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
       
    • Clients are expected to have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
       
    • Clients are responsible for their own safety and should be aware of their surroundings at all times.
       

    8. Satisfaction & Refunds

    • If a client is unhappy with their images, a discussion will take place to determine whether a reshoot or refund is appropriate.


    Privacy Policy-By completing your booking,you authorize me,Greysen to use a selection of iimages from your session or event for promotional purposes on my website and social media channels.I love celebrating my clients! I promise to tag you in any social posts and will always do a quick verbal check inwith you before any images go live.

Photography, including event photography, portrait photography, and professional headshots, is more than a creative outlet for me; it is a way to capture real-life, meaningful moments, and human connections in a way that feels honest and lasting. As a hard worker and lifelong learner, I approach this business with intention, integrity, and a commitment to growth. 


    As I continue earning my degree in psychology, I bring an understanding of people, emotion, and connection into every session, allowing moments to come to life naturally rather than feeling forced. This business is a foundation, not a finish line. I see Grey K Photography as part of a bigger journey toward leadership, impact, and building something meaningful. I am moving forward with faith, purpose, and the conviction that the best work, in both event and portrait photography as well as professional headshots, is yet to come.

    Grey K Photography offers a variety of photography services including portrait photography, event photography, professional headshots.

     A $50 deposit is required to secure your date and time. 

    Yes! Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 3 days before your session. Late cancellations within 3 days incur a $20 fee. 

    We’ll work together to reschedule for a day that works best for both of us. 

     Yes, travel fees apply for locations more than 1 hour from DFW and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. 

     

    • Portraits and individual sessions: approximately 1 hour
       
    • Couple/Family sessions: approximately 1 hour
       
    • Events: typically 2 hours or longer (as discussed)

     One outfit per session is included. Additional outfits may require a separate session. 

     Yes! Clients are responsible for providing their own props. 

     Absolutely! We’ll decide together on the best location for your shoot 

     

    • Portraits and headshots: 3 days
       
    • Events: 1 week
      Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.

     Yes! Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee.

     Yes, as long as cancellation is made at least 3 days before the session.

     All images are copyrighted by Grey K Photography. 

     Yes! You are free to use your images however you like. 

     Unless you request otherwise, photos may be used for Grey K Photography marketing and portfolio purposes. 

     If you’re not satisfied, we’ll discuss a reshoot or refund on a case-by-case basis to ensure you’re happy with your images.
